About St. Samuel Orthodox store

Return & Exchange Policy

At St. Samuel Orthodox Store, your satisfaction is our priority.

  • We strive to ensure every item reaches you in perfect condition. If there is any fault or mistake from our side, we’ll cover all shipping costs to either exchange the item or send a brand new replacement depending on the situation.

  • If the return/exchange is due to personal reasons (wrong size ordered, changed mind, etc.), customers are responsible for shipping both ways.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start the return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original condition.

To begin the process, please email our support team with your order number, photos of the item (if damaged), and a short description. For exchanges we will advise available sizes or replacement options. After verification we will issue return instructions and, where applicable, arrange prepaid shipping.

We aim for a smooth, respectful process — your peace of mind matters to us.

St. Samuel Orthodox Store was born out of a passion to serve the Church with high-quality, handcrafted liturgical items. Our journey began in 2011 in Cairo, Egypt, with a humble start — just one embroidery machine and a deep commitment to excellence.

We started locally, gradually expanding across Egypt. By God’s grace and growing demand, we launched our online store in 2022 to help Christian communities abroad access our unique products.

What makes us special is our commitment to originality and quality. With God’s blessing, we now have a dedicated designer creating exclusive designs available only through our store — you won’t find them anywhere else.

For international orders we partnered with DHL, offering discounted shipping that often delivers within one week at affordable rates.

We are honored to serve you and bring the beauty of Orthodox tradition to your home, wherever you are in the world.
